HENRY II, (1154-1189) cross-crosslets 'Tealby' coinage, 1158-80, penny, class E, (1.48 g), London Mint, Obv. crowned bust facing with sceptre, +hENRI:RE..around, rev. LIEFPINE [ON LVN] (Liefwine of London mint, (S.1341, cf.BMC 509). Toned, irregular edge otherwise very fine.
