Estimate $300
Bid at live.noble.com.au
SOLD $250

QUEEN'S SOUTH AFRICA MEDAL 1899, (type 3 reverse). 18 Tpr: H.Ensor. (see below) Harrismith Vol: L.H. Impressed. Hairlines, otherwise good extremely fine.

Listed on the medal roll for Harrismith Volunteer Light Horse is Trooper H.Easor, presumably the same person named on medal as H.Ensor. It is probable that the handwritten roll may actually be Ensor not Easor.

Estimate / sale price does not include buyer's premium (currently 22% including GST) which is added to hammer price. All bids are executed on the understanding that the Terms & Conditions of sale have been read and accepted. For information on grading and estimates please refer to the Buying at Auction advice.
