ABORIGINAL FIGHTING SHIELD, Central Australia, hand carved with vertical grooves on the front, back with recessed handle, brown stained wood, size 63x19cm with old insect damage in places, sticker on back of shield states purchased about 1970 from a private museum. Fine.
