THESSALY, Larissa (under Macedonian domination), (365-356 B.C.), silver drachm, (6.03 g), obv. facing head of nymph Larissa three-quarter to left, hair in ampyx, rev. horse grazing to left, above **LARISAI*, (cf.S.2120, BCD Thessaly II 222, Lorber 1992 33 [these obverse die], HGC 4, 432 [R2]). Good very fine with attractive grey tone, very rare.

Ex BCD Collection who bought it in May 1997 for 200 Sfr., with ticket and photos.
