EDWARD I, (1272-1307), silver penny, long cross type, phase 1 class Xab1, London Mint, (1.25 g), obv. crowned facing bust, no sceptre, small narrow face, bifoliate crown, barred Roman Ns, +EDWAR R ANGL DNS hYB around, rev. long cross voided dividing CIVITAS LONDON, trefoil of pellets in each angle, (S.1377, N.1001). Toned, wavy flan, nearly fine and rare.
