ACARNANIA, Thyrrheion, (c.300 B.C.), silver stater, (8.432 grams), obv. Pegasos flying to left, Q below, rev. head of Athena to left, wearing Corinthian helmet, **Q*Y and ear-rings with pendants behind head, **LO* below, (cf.S.2301, Calciati 16 [p.516], BMC 10). Toned, very fine and rare.
