BOEOTIA, Thebes, (378-338 B.C.), silver stater, (12.025 grams), obv. Boeotian shield, rev. amphora with letter KA BI either side, (cf.S.2398, Hepworth Series D1, No.61, BMC 159, Weber 3279, McClean 5601, SNG Cop. 339). Off centred reverse, otherwise extremely fine and a scarce Magistrate.
