VESPASIAN, (A.D. 69-79), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D.70, (3.33 g), obv. laureate head of Vespasian to right, around IMP CAESAR VESPASIANVS AVG, rev. Pax standing left with branch and caduceus, COS ITER TR POT around, (S.-, RIC 27, RSC 94g). Toned, very fine and scarce.
