REPUBLIC, Anonymous, (275-270 B.C.), AE double litra, uncertain South Italian mint, (8.74 g), obv. female head to left, bound with ribbon, rev. lion walking right, ROMANO in exergue, (S.590, Cr.16/1b, BMCRR (Romano-Campanian) 27, Syd.5a). Dark patina, areas of corrosion, nearly fine and rare.
