ANTONINUS PIUS, (A.D. 138-161), AE sestertius, issued 140-4, (21.98 g), obv. laureate head to right, around ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P COS III, rev. VENERI FELICI, S C, decastyle temple with group of statues in pediment, female deities holding inflated veils facing as acroteria, biga facing on the top of the roof. (S.4257, RIC 651). Deeply toned, fine and rare.
