Fire Brigade hat badge (KC), in white metal by Mayer & Kean, Wellington; a pair of leather backed chromed metal shoulder boards, one missing the inside fire brigade button fitting; also competition prize medals, handcrafted in gold (9ct, tot wt 11.55g, 26x26mm), no maker, ring top suspension with ribbon and brooch bar inscribed 'G.L.V.F.B.', reverse of medal inscribed 'G.L.V.F.B/Pukekohe/21.1.21/5.Men Carry/27 4/5 secs./W.S.Watson'; another handcrafted in gold 9 (probably 9ct, 6.01g, 24x32mm), no maker, ring top suspension with bar, missing ribbon and brooch bar, obverse inscribed 'G.L/"V"/F.B.', reverse inscribed '20.5.22/3 Men Event/Pukekohe/30 sec/W.S.Watson'. The medal heavily toned, otherwise very fine - extremely fine. (4 + pair)
