(Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes), Chief Primo jewel in silver and enamel (42x51mm), hallmark for English maker, ring top suspension, stick-pin ribbon bar inscribed 'Orangia Lodge', GLE initials on ribbon and RAOB enamel emblem also affixed, reverse of jewel inscribed around outside edge 'Presented. To. Primo. Arthur. E. Pounteney. 17th. Feb. 1907. G. S. B.'; Founder's jewel in silver and enamel (47x61mm), hallmark for English maker, ring top suspension, suspension bar inscribed 'Lodge. N.Z.C', stick-pin ribbon bar inscribed 'Sir. A.D.Pickard', NZ fern leaf emblem affixed to ribbon as well as Founder bar in gilt and enamel, reverse of jewel inscribed 'Presented To The/Hon' Sir/Arthur E.Pounteney./For/Services Rendered As/Founder/23rd. Aug. 1923', both in cases of maker, L.Simpson & Co, London N. Cases heavily faded on inside, original jewel ribbons very faded, a few enamel chips on second jewel, otherwise very fine. (2)

Brother A.E.Pounteney was elected to the Past Primo chair of Sir A.D.Rickard Lodge No.11 N.Z.C., R.A.O.B. in August 1923 at a meeting held at the Orange Hall, Newtown, Wellington, New Zealand.
