HALSWELL SCHOOL, (Christchurch), sports fob medals, one struck in silver (27x29.5mm), and two in silver and gold (24x34mm and 25x31mm), all with ring top suspension and all inscribed on obverse 'DJ' (Douglas James), the first hallmarked for Birmingham 1927 by maker HB&S (Herbert Bushell & Son Ltd), reverse inscribed 'Halswell/Champ/1931', the second hallmarked for Birmingham 1927 by maker H.W. Ld (Henry Williamson Ltd), reverse inscribed 'Halswell/School/Sports. Chmp./1932', the third hallmarked for Chester 1928 by maker P.F.J (Percy Frederick Jackson), reverse inscribed 'Halswell/Chmp/1933'. Contact marks, otherwise very fine. (3)
