WESTERN SAMOA, New Zealand Occupation, WWI, Government of Samoa overprinted emergency issue on Bank of New Zealand one pound APR 1 1916, N.E 922384, Wellington overprinted APIA (P.2), (see Sutherland 299, p.197). Three vertical folds otherwise a full note, nearly very fine and excessively rare.
