MASONIC JEWELS AND REGALIA, includes Past Master's jewel in silver and enamel, pin-back to suspender marked, 'Lodge Campbell', bottom suspender marked, 'No 972', on the ribbon is affixed the initials, 'EJLeM' (John Le Mesurier's father, Edward James Le Mesurier), reverse of jewel inscribed, 'Presented To Wor. Bro. J.E. Le Mesurier/As A Token of Esteem 7.7.83'; The United Grand Lodge of N.S.W. & A.C.T., Service to Freemasonry jewel, in gilt and enamel, with a gilt number 50 affixed to ribbon, reverse of jewel inscribed, 'R.W. Bro./J.E. Le Mesurier/P.A.G.M./(633)/Initiated 9/11/1964'; Lodge Ethos No. 963 50 Years jewel, in gilt, together with a 50 Year lapel badge in gilt and enamel; Freemason's Benevolent Institution (FBI), Life Governor jewel in gilt and enamel, by Denham Neal & Treloar, reverse with impressed number A1268 with one gilt star affixed to ribbon; Royal Freemason's Benevolent Institution (RFBI), Life Governor jewel in gilt and enamel, reverse with impressed number 706, with leather holder; Masonic Grand Lodge regalia for Worshipful Master including apron, cuffs, neck badge with neck vestment, all elaborately decorated in gilt and other embroidery as well as with gilt badges and fittings; and another white and light blue Masonic apron with appropriate fittings. Very fine - extremely fine. (lot)

Together with Lodge Campbell No.972 book of UGL of NSW proceedings 1982/1983 presented to W. Bro J.E. Le Mesurier, Worshipful Master; other booklets for Lodge Campbell No.972; Masonic certificates for John Edward Le Mesurier; Lodge Commonwealth of Australia No 633 name tag for John Le Mesurier; several Lodge photos in b&w and some in colour, all including John Le Mesurier; and a black leather carry case (approx 45x38.5x9cm), for all the Masonic Lodge regalia.
John Edward Le Mesurier born 5 June 1941, died 6 January 2000. His funeral was arranged by William Cole Funerals at Belconnen, ACT.
