KYRENAICA, Kyrene, second revolt of the Kyrenaikans, (c.305-300 B.C.), silver didrachm, (7.75 g), obv. head of Karneios left, rev. Silphium plant, star to left, monogram to right, K Y - **P* A to sides, (S.-, SNG Cop.1246, BMC 242). Lightly toned, light surface scratches very fine and scarce.
