USA, SINKING OF THE SS 'LUSITANIA', 1915, silver (54mm) by Baudichon, obv. figure of America draped and wearing a star-pointed crown, her right hand upraised holding a sword, "ULTRIX . AMERICA . JURIS 1917 U.S.A 1918", rev. view of SS 'Lusitania' sinking, above a child drowning, "LUSITANIA MAY . 7 . 1915". Extremely fine and rare in silver.
