STAFFORDSHIRE, Stafford, I.C.'s shilling, 1811, building, Stafford knot below/arms (D.15 This Token). Hairline on left field of reverse takes this away from perfect FDC and brilliant, with most attractive toning.

Ex W.J. Noble Collection, Noble Numismatics Sale 58 (lot 1773) and previously in the P. Deane Collection (and presumably R. Dalton's Collection).
