L. LUCRETIUS TRIO, (c.76 B.C.), plated silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.200 grams), obv. laureate head of Zeus to right, trident behind, rev. winged Genius on dolphin L. LVCRETI/ TRIO below, (S.322 [£80 VF], Cr.390/2, Syd. 784). Heavy edge knock, surface marks, has been plated, otherwise very fine and rare.
