LOLLIUS PALICANUS, (45 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.648 grams), obv. head of Honour to right, HONORIS behind, rev. PALIKANVS above curule chair, between two ears of corn, (S.465 [£150 VF], Cr.473/1, Syd.960, B.Lollia 1). Off centred on the reverse, weak in places, bankers and surface marks, otherwise nearly very fine and rare.

Ex B.A. Seaby, London, c.1958. Less than 30 obverse dies used on this type according to Crawford.
