Political and Social Series, anti slavery pennies, chained negro in supplication/legend (D&H 233 struck in gilt brass, 235 bis II in copper holed, 235 bis III struck in white metal, 237 struck in white metal). Fine-nearly extremely fine. (4)
Ex T.A. Jan (lot 255 part) and from R. Gladdle in 1983, the second appears to have a Cockayne ticket).
