SOUTHLAND AGRICULTURAL & PASTORAL ASSOCIATION EXHIBITION, 1868, handcrafted in silver (47mm), by J.T.S. (J.T.Sleep, Ballarat), obverse, wheat sheafs and plough in high relief fitted to centre, name of association inscribed around, date below, reverse inscribed 'Best Bull/Any Age or Breed/1st Prize/Awarded to/Mr W.B.Kingswell', in original case gold blocked on lid, 'J.T.Sleep/Lydiard St/Ballarat'. Some light surface scratches and hairlines, otherwise extremely fine.
